End of Year Football Match: Year 9 vs. Teachers

Our annual end-of-year football match brought excitement, sunshine, and a spirited competition as the Year 9 students took on the teachers at Nibbleparken. Thankfully, the weather cleared just in time, and the sunny skies matched the vibrant energy on the field.

A great crowd of students, staff, and even alumni came out to support the teams, with Mr. Ersoy serving as referee for the 2x15-minute match.

The game was fiercely competitive, with both sides giving it their all. In the end, the teachers clinched a narrow 1–0 victory, thanks to a well-placed goal by Mr. Daish. Special recognition goes to Mr. Glaspie, who was named Player of the Game for his outstanding performance guarding the teachers’ goal.

A huge thank you to everyone who helped organize the event and to all who came out to cheer on the players. What a fantastic way to wrap up the school year!
