Students at IES Skellefteå International School use English language course texts for all subjects other than languages, and bilingual French or Spanish textbooks for their language learning. Cambridge Assessment International Education works with a range of publishers to provide a choice of high-quality resources to help teachers plan and deliver Cambridge programmes and qualifications. All Cambridge endorsed resources have been through a detailed quality assurance process to make sure they closely reflect the syllabus and are appropriate for Cambridge schools worldwide.

Each endorsed title at primary and lower secondary levels has been reviewed by subject experts and evaluated against detailed criteria to ensure that it: 

• is aligned with the Cambridge curriculum framework.
• has an appropriate focus on knowledge and skills.
• is truly international.
• promotes effective teaching and learning.

Cambridge also provides a wide range of teaching support and resource materials provided specifically for each Cambridge IGCSE subject.
