Report leave
The guardians report leave in Schoolsoft EVERY day the student is off, before 8 o'clock in the morning. If the report is done later during the day, the student will have unreported absence until the guardians have done reported it in Schoolsoft. 

Doctor's and dentist appointments are also to be reported in Schoolsoft.
