Dear parents, students and staff,

Welcome to Internationella Engelska Skolan Täby. Every day in our halls, I am reminded of the incredible energy, curiosity, and potential that define our school community.

At IES Täby, we combine high academic standards with a safe, orderly environment. By emphasizing clear routines, targeted learning support, and strong teacher-student relationships, we give students the foundation they need to build lifelong skills and surpass their own expectations.

As the teacher Jaime Escalante famously said, “The students rise, or fall to the level of the expectations of those around them.” Maintaining ambitious goals helps our students build real confidence through progress. At the same time, we know that academic achievement relies heavily on student well-being, safety, and personal growth.

Our staff strives to improve every day, celebrating our achievements, learning from our mistakes, and supporting each child’s journey. Watching our students mature into reflective, confident, and compassionate individuals is our greatest reward.
