Monthly Book Tips: We Have a Winner!

Our monthly "Book Tips" competition, led by Ms. Embretsen, encourages students to not only dive into new stories but to reflect on them and share their insights with the school community. This month, the level of entries was exceptionally high, making the final decision harder than ever.

A New Chapter: Announcing This Month’s Book Tips Winner!

The results are in! After a month of fantastic submissions, Ms. Embretsen has officially selected our Monthly Book Tips Winner. This competition is a cornerstone of our reading culture. To enter, students must read a book of their choice and submit a written "tip" or review. It’s about more than just finishing a story; it’s about critical thinking, expression, and the joy of recommending a great read to a peer.

The Winning Prize

Beyond the prestige of being the month's top critic, our winner receives:

  • A 200kr Book Token: To be spent on their next literary adventure.

  • House Points: A significant boost for their House standings, celebrating both academic effort and personal initiative.

And the Winner Is...

We are thrilled to announce that this month’s winner is Kimia from Year 5

Ms. Embretsen was particularly impressed by Kimia's review of the Adventures of Tom Sawyer.
