Lead teacher

Our Lead Teachers are driving the HateLess campaign and Friends partnership to foster a respectful, safe school environment.

This year, our förstelärare (Advanced Skills Teachers) are leading development projects connected to one of our whole-school goals: “Respect each other and respect ourselves.”

As part of this work, we have partnered with Friends to strengthen students’ sense of safety and wellbeing in line with our plan mot kränkande behandling. We have implemented the HateLess campaign, through Friends whose inspiring and relevant materials support meaningful discussions with students throughout the year. Our förstelärare adapts these resources to ensure they truly meet the needs of our school community.

Our staff have received excellent, practical training, along with regular reminders on how we can all contribute to an empathetic, respectful, and kind school environment. I am so proud and grateful for the commitment and enthusiasm our team shows to creating a school where every student feels safe, valued and respected.

Exiciting updates will be shared during the year as we create imagery to express with art as well as words how we can learn together cultivating an environment of respect.
