#movewithIES

Children and young adults are moving less and they have increased both their sedentary time and their screen time. And, to a lesser extent they are not following dietary advice. Children and young adults that are suffering from mental illness is also increasing.

The vision of #movewithIES is:

Making physical activity and healthy eating habits become a natural part of the students' everyday life
Helping students reach WHO's recommended dose of daily physical activity, 60 min/day
Creating a sugar policy helping our schools become sugar smart
Educating students in the subject of health – both physical and mental

With this health project, we want to give students the best conditions to succeed academically. We also hope that the healthy habits they have learned will stick with them for the rest of their lives!
