ABOUT OUR SCHOOL

Supporting Student Success: The Student Care Team

At our school, we believe in a holistic approach to education. We know that for students to thrive academically, they need a strong foundation of emotional and social well-being. That's where our dedicated Student Care Team comes in.

This interdisciplinary team works to proactively identify and address any challenges that might be impacting a student's success. By meeting twice a week, the team ensures that no student falls through the cracks. They collaborate to create comprehensive support plans tailored to each individual's unique needs.

The Student Care Team consists of:

• 2 School Counselors – providing guidance on personal and social matters
  
  
• 3 School Nurses – managing health issues and promoting student well-being
  
  
• 2 Special Education Teachers – working in classrooms and in the school’s Studio to support students
  
  
• Student Care Manager – responsible for student welfare, overseeing Heads of Year and mentor teams
  
  
• Academic Manager – responsible for academics, leading department heads and teachers
  
  
• 2 Assistant Principals – leading the school’s strategic direction in teaching, support, and student care
  
  
• Principal – overseeing the overall mission of the team

Together, they provide a powerful support network, helping our students navigate their academic journey, build resilience, and develop the social-emotional skills they need to succeed both in and out of the classroom.
