Fritidshem

To guardians who have children enrolled in IES Liljeholmen Fritidshem grades 4 - 6 for the academic year 2024/25.

Our students in year 4-6 are offered fritidshem for grades 4-6 before and after school. Our fritidshem is a welcoming, safe environment for students to socialise, play games, engage in various sports, learn new things, and be creative. We have a nice facility in our new school, which we will move into in August 2024. Every day, students are provided with a healthy breakfast before school and a snack after school. Our opening hours are from 6:30 am until the start of the school day and closes at 18:00.
During the school holiday, we offer full-day care from 6:30 am to 18:00 for registered students. We collaborate with our F-3s fritidshem and organise fun activities and excursions during these school holidays. 

What is Fritidshem?
We strive to provide students with a meaningful after-school experience by offering a variety of activities, including table tennis, creative sessions, and use of the gymnasium.
Our newly built school yard features multiple spaces for games, including a basketball court and a multi-arena for football and other activities. Additionally, we have a spacious room where we can host creative sessions, music activities, games, baking, and various other engaging activities.
In terms of teaching, our approach is designed to complement the school system. We emphasise situational and experiential learning, tailored to meet the students' needs, interests, and initiatives.
