“Pastoral care” is the social and emotional well-being of students in a school context, but it also looks at external factors and societal themes that influence and impact children. In this film, we meet Jeremy Elder, Head of Pastoral at IES. He explains our proactive and structured approach to creating an environment where every student feels seen, valued, and included.
Cambridge IGCSE is the world’s most popular qualification for 14 to 16-year-olds, and Internationella Engelska Skolan is an accredited Cambridge Associate. This means that our students can choose to study for and sit Cambridge IGCSE exams (International General Certificate of Secondary Education) at most of our schools.
