Important Update: Streamlining our queue and intake process

We have been working to make our queue and intake process smoother and easier for everyone. Our queue is managed through a system called SchoolSoft, and we are now moving to an upgraded version. We have revised our privacy notice to reflect the improvements; which include using BankID to log in, update the guardians contact details, and accepting any possible offers. 

Following these improvements and in line with GDPR, this means that everyone that is currently in our queue will be contacted to confirm their place in the queue, verify their email address and accept our privacy notice with BankID.

If you carry out this process and click to give consent after signing in with BankID, then your child will remain in our queue with the same queue date.  However, if you do not log-in during the coming weeks, we will then need to delete your data, which will prevent us from offering your family a place, unless you add them to the queue again.
