IES Karlstad - Language Olympics.

IESKA qualified and competed in the Language Olympics semi-final in Swedish, English, French & Spanish in Goteborg last Thursday. 

We are very proud of this achievement as we were one of very few schools in the entire country to qualify for all four language subjects.

While there we achieve great results.   Here are the names of those who competed as well as the results:

English - 9B Brandon Johansson and 9B Vilmer Cedervad -
Finished 6th.

Swedish - 9A Hedvig Tågmark and 9C Malin Sjöwall -
Finished 5th

French - 9B Alexander Bernhoff and 9E Johanna Ekbåge -
Finished 3rd

Spanish - 9C Maria Velichko and 9D Márton Bíró -
Finished 1st

This means that the Spanish students will represent IESKA in the national final in Malmö at the end of the month.
