IES Falun opens its doors to Lärande Grundskola’s students

We have heard the unfortunate news that Lärande Grundskola in Falun will be closing later this year. Students and guardians are affected by the situation and must choose a new school for the Fall 2024 Term.

In light of this, IES Falun has reached out to the city of Falun and offered our help to receive students to our school.

 

IES Falun welcomes students and families who wish to study with us.

Admission takes place continuously, based on current queuing rules. Before school starts in August, we have already started admissions and we are preparing for additional spaces.

We are a bilingual school for students in grades 4-9. Our school offers a safe and orderly environment and we are committed to helping each child reach their full potential.

We teach according to the Swedish curriculum and up to half of the teaching takes place in English by qualified teachers from English speaking countries such as Canada, the United States, and Great Britain. We are located in downtown Falun.
