Upplands Väsby

Dear students, parents and staff,

It is with great honor and excitement that I write to you today as the new Principal of Internationella Engelska Skolan Upplands Väsby. I am grateful for the welcoming reception I have received from all of you.

I have previously worked at IES Järfälla for 13 years as both teacher and Assistant Principal. I bring with me a firm belief in education and in every student's potential to succeed - regardless of background, abilities or challenges. I believe that the way to unlock success goes through hard work, joy and respect for each other.

In IES Upplands Väsby, there will be peace and calm and there will be plenty of learning going on. Our students will develop the best version of themselves. We who work here are committed to making this happen.

Finally, as the summer break approaches I would also like to take this opportunity to wish you a nice end of term celebration and an enjoyable summer. I am looking forward to meeting you all and can not wait til August to start a new great year!
