Students Shine in Schackfyranmästaren 2026

Grade 4 students at IES Täby achieved outstanding results in the Schackfyranmästaren 2026 competition, earning several top placements against strong competition from across Stockholm.

IES Täby Junior School proudly celebrates the success of our Grade 4 students in the Schackfyranmästaren 2026 competition.

Competing against approximately 177 students from schools across the Stockholm region, our students showed impressive focus, teamwork, and determination throughout seven rounds of play.

We are especially proud of the students who achieved:
• 2nd place
• 4th place
• 9th place

In addition, 19 IES Täby students qualified for the Schack-SM in Jönköping on 27 June, where they will represent the school at a national level.
