International Language Week

This week is International Language Week here at IES Östersund.

This week, IES Östersund is celebrating European Language Day (September 26th) as well as our International Languages to honor our rich, multicultural community.

Beyond the classroom, students will see facts- and language displays throughout the hallways, eat traditional food from different countries, and during their language lessons they can take part in interactive quizzes. All so they can explore new cultures together.

It's a fantastic chance for our students to build empathy, embrace diversity, and discover the power of language!
