School yard with space for sports, play and adventure

At the moment it's just a big empty space outside the school, but it's bubbling with possibilities just underneath the surface! The planning of the school yard is well underway and we can promise there will be lots of sports, games, and adventures in the autumn term.

The spacious school yard will have two multi-sport arenas with football goals, a bandy rink, basketball hoops, and ping-pong tables. There will also be plenty of room for play and adventure; including a cableway, climbing frames, swings, trampolines, and much more – of course all the equipment is adapted for all different ages. For the overall area, trees and bushes will be planted and there will be sofas, benches and tables installed as well as a covered ‘outdoor classroom’. All the equipment will be certified with the eco-label Svanen.

The school yard will be developed during spring and we look forward to enjoying it for the first time with you in August!
