Mr Barr testing out an old form of astronaut testing to see if you can stabilise a moving seat
Mr Barr got the opportunity to visit one of the European Space Agencies centres in Transinne, Belgium to discuss how satellites are used to help protect the environment and make informed environmental decisions. Teachers from all over Europe were invited to use the 'Copernicus Data Space Ecosystem' to highlight environmental changes in their home countries using the free-to-use software.
The hope is that eventually we can create a project using the copernicus web browser and potentially join some of the ESA projects as a school.
