Our Commitment to Fundamental Values (Grundläggande värden)

At our school, the Grundläggande värden—democracy, human rights, equality, and respect for each individual—are not just words in a document. They are the foundation of everything we do, guiding our teaching, our relationships, and the way we shape our school environment.

In June, the exchange continued in Málaga, where Swedish students were hosted by Spanish families, toured Seville, visited the European Research Centre, and explored the Caminito del Rey, enjoying the magnificent views and natural surroundings. This immersive programme offered hands-on cultural, civic, and outdoor experiences, creating lasting memories and valuable insights into European life.

In 2025, 12 Year 9 students from IES Nacka travelled to Lille, France, as part of an Erasmus+ exchange focused on language, culture, and STEM skills. During their stay, they were hosted by French families, giving them the chance to experience everyday life in France. The programme included French lessons, workshops to improve their Maths skills, and a visit to the Museum of Illusions in Lille, combining learning with fun and interactive experiences.
