Spänningsökarna Competition

During week 37 all year 9 students attended Vattenhallen Science Centre for a workshop to kick off the annual Spänningsökarna competition.

This is a competition organized by Kraftringen and Vattenhallen aiming to increase students' knowledge about energy and the environment and encourage them to use their creativity to come up with innovative solutions to the theme of sustainable energy.

Each class participated in the workshop and chose one group’s idea to represent them in the competition where they can compete for up to 100 000 kr for their class.

You can read more about the competition on the official Spänningsökarna website and keep an eye out for our student’s contributions. They will have a couple of weeks to finalize their ideas and send them in. If they move on in the competition, the idea will be published on the Spänningsökarna website and you will be able to vote for our students!
