Internationella Engelska Skolan Linköping is a 4-9 school with a safe and calm environment, where teachers can teach and students learn. From August 2024 the school will teach students in grades F-9. The school is located in central Linköping and the schoolyard is situated within the beautiful, natural surroundings of the 100 year old seminarieträdgården.

Pen pal Project, Year 8 & 9 English
Year 8 & 9 students connect via pen pal with a school in Brazil.
Colegio Salesiano Jardim Camburi
Since 2018 our Year 8/9 students have taken part in a pen pal project with students from Colegio Salesiano Jardim Camburi in Brazil. During a set number of English lessons our students write a personalised letter to their Brazilian counterpart. All the letters are then boxed up and mailed to the school in Brazil. The students then eagerly await their returning letter. This project was set up by Ms Smith together with Professor Mariana Brotto who have been friends since 1992 when they were both Rotary Exchange students in the US. The English Department hopes to continue this project for many years to come.
