Everything we do is guided by the IES Ethos, which is built on three core principles:

These principles shape our daily work and our shared commitment to providing a school where students feel safe, respected, and challenged to do their very best.

To support this vision, we focus on three key school goals:
-Grading aligns with national standards. Students are assessed fairly and consistently, in accordance with the Swedish national curriculum and grading criteria.
-The school is peaceful and calm both inside and outside lessons. A respectful and orderly environment allows every student to focus on learning and personal development.
-We build a clear F–9 school culture through quality and routines. Consistent expectations and shared routines create continuity, foster a sense of belonging, and help students grow into confident, responsible learners.

We believe that successful education is built on a strong partnership between school and home. By working together, maintaining open communication, and sharing high expectations, we can provide the best possible support for every student.
