IES Järfälla Crowned Champions at Farsta IP!

What a performance! On Monday, IES Järfälla’s Year 9 team, strengthened by three talented Year 8 students, claimed overall victory in the football tournament hosted by IES Enskede at Farsta IP.

The team went unbeaten throughout the tournament, securing the title with five consecutive wins. The highlight was a spectacular 10–1 victory over IES Sundbyberg in the final, among eight participating Stockholm schools.

Born in 2011, this talented and close-knit group has shown outstanding skill, teamwork and determination. With a performance like this, they are seriously challenging the Class of 2008 for the title of one of the strongest year groups in the school’s five-year history!

A huge congratulations to the team, and thank you to IES Enskede for organising a fantastic tournament!
