Happy IES Halloween!

IES Hässelby hosted a lively Halloween celebration with festive activities, treats, and a warm welcome for students and guardians, creating a memorable experience for all.

This Halloween, IES Hässelby truly pulled out all the stops to create an unforgettable celebration! The morning began with a warm welcome, featuring hot chocolate and a mingling event for students and their guardians. The Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) was also on hand to engage with parents, sharing insights into their role and encouraging families to get involved in school activities.

Adding to the festive atmosphere, Halloween music played both in the schoolyard and throughout the school. In the recreation room, face painting stations were set up, where students could paint each other or request creative designs from staff. This interactive activity was a hit, drawing in many enthusiastic students and guardians who helped bring the Halloween spirit to life.

The festivities continued with classroom activities hosted by mentor teachers, fostering teamwork and creativity through Halloween-themed games and challenges. The school kitchen staff went above and beyond, preparing a delicious BBQ-themed Halloween lunch, which was enjoyed by all. After lunch, students returned to their classrooms for more fun-filled activities, culminating in a popcorn treat to end the day on a high note.
