The Admission Period has Begun!

The admission process for autumn 2026 has started. This means that the first offers of placement will soon be sent out.

Internationella Engelska Skolan Borås

We look forward to welcoming all new students to Internationella Engelska Skolan Borås next year. Admissions are currently in progress, primarily for Year 4 for the 2026/27 academic year.

We encourage everyone who have received a placement offer to respond as soon as possible. Offers are sent digitally to all registered guardians via SchoolSoft, the school’s platform for queue management and admissions. You will also receive an email notification, so please make sure that your contact details are up to date.

Please note that all guardians must confirm the offer in order for the school placement to be valid. If you do not have a Swedish BankID, please contact the school directly.

If you have not received an offer for the autumn term of 2026, but wish to remain in the queue, no action is needed – your queue position will automatically be retained for the correct year group.

If your child is not yet in the queue, there is still time to apply.
Visit the IES Borås webpage and click “Queue Login” at the top of the page. Each IES school has its own queue, and you may register your child for several schools, starting from 1 February of the year after your child was born.
