We have been working to make our queue and intake process, using queue management platform SchoolSoft, smoother and easier for everyone. As part of this we have revised our privacy notice to reflect the improvements; which include login using BankID to update your details, and even to respond to the offer of a place for your child.
A message is being sent out on a school-by-school basis as our schools start to offer the improvements. Following these improvements and in line with GDPR, please could we ask you to log in using BankID, and then click to give your consent if you agree with our updated privacy notice.

Steps to take
- Log in using BankID
- If you agree with our privacy notice, and processing of your personal data, tick the box to give consent and click continue
- Click go to my profile, check that your email address is correct, make changes if needed, and click save
- Then click send new verification link and follow the instructions emailed to you, to verify your email address.
If you do not receive a verification link please look in your spam filter. If this does not help write to the school in question to let them know.
