At Internationella Engelska Skolan Skellefteå, we understand the important part a nutritious, healthy lunch plays in the successful school day.
The founder of Internationella Engelska Skolan, Ms Barbara Bergström, has emphasised the importance of nutrition in the educational environment for many years.
Here at IES Skellefteå, we are very lucky to have an incredible local catering company working closely with us to ensure that our food is fresh, varied and appealing to all year groups. Typically we have three alternative courses available, one of them always being vegetarian, and plenty of vegetable and fruit options on the side. All our meals served at the school are also lactose free and further changes can be made in the presence of food allergies.
Breakfast and lunch served at school for all students are, of course, free of charge.
