The House System at IES Huddinge
IES Huddinge is proud to present their House system. All students and staff are divided into five houses: Tiger, Bear, Ram, Eagle and Wolf House.
The purpose of the house system is to strengthen the school culture and enforce positivity.
Throughout the year there will be several competitions and events, where house points can be awarded.
On an individual level, students can receive a merit mark. A merit mark is given to a student that shows a voluntary act of kindness, or positive responsible behaviour. It has the value of one house point, and it gives an opportunity to win a prize each month.
At the end of year, the house with the most points wins the House Trophy!
Students in IES Huddinge appreciate the house system because it gives them a sense of belonging and it lets them focus on the positive aspects of their school life.
