Internationella Engelska Skolan Linköping is a F-9 school with a safe and calm environment, where teachers can teach and students learn. The school is located in central Linköping and the schoolyard is situated within the beautiful, natural surroundings of the 100 year old seminarieträdgården.

International English School Linköping is a bilingual school for students in grades F-9, where up to half of the teaching is given through the English language.
For the younger years, English is gradually introduced through play and lessons, as students become more comfortable.

We follow the Swedish curriculum and teaching in English is given by qualified teachers from English-speaking countries such as Canada, Australia, the USA, South Africa and the UK.

ABOUT OUR SCHOOL
Welcome from the principal
IES Linköping has a great pedigree and is well rooted in the community of Linköping. For 20 years the school has been the centrepiece of the beautiful park which leads to Länstyrelsen. It used to be the old teacher academy from LIU so the history of education runs deep and is rooted in the walls.
