EMI is a continuation of BVC to follow the children's physical, mental and psychosocial development. We do preventive work through checkups and health talks. We give vaccines according to the Swedish program. The goal is to follow the students' development, maintain and improve their mental and physical health, as well as promote healthy living habits. If your child is sick or injured, we refer to your “vårdcentral” or “vårdguiden” 1177.se.

The school nurses see all children according to the following timeline:

Preschool Class (F-klass)

Year 2
Height, weight, and vision evaluations are offered, as well as vaccinations against measles, mumps, and rubella.

Year 4

Allergies:

We are a nut-free school. Do not bring any items containing nuts or traces of nuts to school. If you have fur animals at home, think of your allergic friends, and please do not bring riding clothes to school. We also wish that you do not use strong perfumes or other scents in school though it may cause trouble for asthmatics.
