Hans Albin Larsson, professor in history and education at Högskolan för lärande och kommunikation in Jönköping. Previously deputy Director (överdirektör) at Skolinspektionen. Has written several books on the history of Swedish education policy.
Sangeeta Bagga-Gupta is Full Professor of Education at Jönköping University, and Adjunct Professor at Aligarh University, India. She is the scientific leader of an international research group on communication, culture and diversity. She has published several books and an extensive number of research papers in the field of language and cultures. She currently leads the Swedish Research Council project PAL, Participation for all?.
Torkel Klingberg, professor of Cognitive Neuroscience at the Stockholm Brain Institute, part of the Karolinska Institute (KI). Professor Klingberg is at the international front line in research on the working memory, particularly in children. His latest book is “The Learning Brain – memory and brain development in children” (Oxford University Press 2013). He serves as a member of the Nobel Assembly at KI.
Hugo Lagercrantz, professor of Pediatrics at the Karolinska Institute and senior doctor at Astrid Lindgrens barnsjukhus. Consciousness and brain development in children has been one of his main fields of research. His latest book is “I barnets hjärna” (“In the brain of a child”, 2012). Professor Lagercrantz has also been active in the debate about early language learning and bilingualism.
The Advisory board is chaired by Dr. Hans Bergström, docent (associate professor) in political science at the University of Göteborg.
