International Visitors at Principals' Conference

The organisation's conference for all our principals, at Såstaholm on June 1, was joined by two important visitors.
Lord Hill of Oareford CBE, Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Schools from the government of the United Kingdom and His Excellency Paul Johnston, UK Ambassador to Sweden met with Principals and spoke about free schools in Sweden and the UK.
Regular principals conferences help to ensure that schools throughout Internationella Engelska Skolan have the same information and are running smoothly. It is always a pleasure to invite such honoured guests to join the conference.
The conference was also joined by Mr Peter Ledin, Principal of Internationella Engelska Skolan Västerås, which will open this August, and Ms Sherry Zand, Principal of International English Schools UK Breckland, which will open in September. Ms Zand was joined by Mr Gordon Warnes of the Sabres Educational Trust and Ms Jodie King, Manager of International English Schools UK.
