Congratulations: The class of 2012 at Internationella Engelska Skolan Nacka

Proud students from Internationella Engelska Skolan’s schools all over the country have celebrated at graduation events for those completing year nine.

These ceremonies see graduating pupils don distinctive blue caps and gowns and receive diplomas from their school in front of family-members, teachers and younger classes.

Putting on a show: Dancers at the event for students from Nacka at Göta Lejon Theatre in StockholmThe events are designed to recognise the hard work and dedication that students have put in during their years with Internationella Engelska Skolan.  They are also a showcase of student talent as performers of all ages take to the stage to celebrate their own graduation, or honour those in the years above who are moving on.

Peter John Fyles, chief executive of Internationella Engelska Skolan, said: “These ‘avslutning’ events are quite rightly a moment of great pride for our students, their parents, and all the staff at our schools.  After the effort that our year nines have put in to reach this point, it is only right that they are commemorated as they move on to gymnasium.

“I would like to wish the graduating class of 2012 the best of luck in all their future endeavours.”
